Jenna covered the joints on the metal plates with liquid Bituthene. She had to mix the stuff with a bit on drill. It is very thick and MESSY and has to be used immediately before it sets up and dries. This was done I think in June. Sam suggested getting them covered because the leaks inside showed up from these joints.
